"All of the positive reviews they have are completely legit! To go with any other company for HVAC needs would be a mistake. I recently bought a 1960s home and needed to upgrade the ancient HVAC system. After working with four HVAC companies and being bitterly disappointed by their exorbitant quotes and lack of respect for a female homeowner, I was ready to settle for subpar professionalism just to get air conditioning. I believed that the way I was being treated, must just be an industry thing. BOY, WAS I WRONG!!!! A neighbor referred me to J Martin and after meeting Jared of J Martin, I never looked back. Jared came out practically the next day and looked over my home (despite the currently crazy HVAC schedules caused by supply shortages and increase in HVAC consumers). He listened to my needs and came up with a plan. Then the quote...it was SUPER REASONABLE. But the exceptional service did not end there. Jared's workers, especially Kevin and Irvin, who came to my home every day for a week were EXCEPTIONAL. I have never had such professionals in my home before. Despite the worksite being hotter than could be, they were always respectful, well dressed, and pleasant. Any questions I had, they answered; any problems that arose, they addressed and fixed; and they were ALWAYS on time. I was never "waiting" for them to show up. Probably the most impressive thing was that after the end of every day of work, Kevin and Irvin cleaned up the entire workspace, walkways and attic. Even though they would be returning the next day, they vacuumed and swept the areas they had used so that they were spotless. It was such a blessing to find this company. I would recommend J Martin to anyone who wants to work with professionals and true tradesmen who treat you with respect.

"I called last Monday and had a good conversation with the owner, Rex, who sent Jack Berekoff a field advisor, to our house that morning. After examining our very old inefficient gas furnace and air conditioner, Jack suggested a series of suitable heat pump solutions. We chose a ducted system with a Mitsubishi heat pump. He also suggested new ducts since the old ducts were falling apart. We accepted everything. (There was absolutely no pressure.) Fortunately, two technicians Irvin and Kevin were available to start the next day. They did a quick, careful installation and were great to deal with. By Wednesday, we had an operating heating system that was close to silent. (This must be some kind of record for choosing and installing a major home improvement). We absolutely recommend them for any heating/cooling needs.
