I reached out for some companies Sunday morning and J Martin was the first one who called us and offered us an early morning schedule the following day. Communication was easy with Paul. We just sent few messages on Yelp and everything got set up. Alex came over to our house very professional and knowledgeable. He is not like others who rush and leave mess around. He is very careful on carrying stuffs so he'll not hit anything in the house by accident. He checked our unit and ran some test. Potential cause of the problem was detected and further test is being performed. He'll be back to run another test to finalize the real cause and location of the problem. Right now our AC is working and giving us cool air. Hoping that it's not a major major problem later on. Thank you guys for your service! Will see you in couple of weeks! Highly recommended!

I was grateful for the excellent customer service that J Martin indoor provided for us. They were able to accommodate us even during the weekend and offered excellent financing and prices. Alex answered all our questions and Inspected our AC system outside and in the attic then explain to us the details of what needs to be done without pressure. Upon installation, Santiago and his crew of 2 other staff came as scheduled. He was Very detailed and thorough about what they will be doing and explained everything throughout the way. Santiago even took the time to teach us how to use our new thermostat. The crew laid out covers throughout the house and wore shoe covers to make sure that they didn't dirty anything which we were grateful for. Thank you so much for your great service!

About 2 months ago our whole HVAC started to fail. It's an older unit that came with the house from the 90s. So I called/inquired with multiple vendors to come in for a diagnostic and possibly fix it. Caleb from J martin was the first to answer and he was able to immediately come out here the very next day. He recommended a whole new system. He had availability the next day and the following week. However since we wanted to do our due diligence and shop around we waited another 2 weeks to get more quotes.

During those 2 weeks I was still in contact with Caleb and he was very helpful. At the end of it, we decided on J Martin or Costco because of their pricing and finance rates. When Caleb heard this he spoke with the owner and was able to throw in additional discounts to beat the Costco deal even more.

Unfortunately while we were deciding on whose service to go with J Martin has since been fully booked up the next 2 weeks. Caleb was nice enough to offer us a portable HVAC for us in the meantime and that definitely saved us during the next 2 weeks of heat wave.

Finally come install date, Irvin and Kevin Crispin Brothers were very punctual and did a great job completing the whole project. They inspected every issue and were able to fix it all in one day. They were very helpful explaining every process with us too. They were very thorough and covered all the necessary areas and vacuumed afterwards too.

Overall A++ service, communication from J Martin's team. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I was rather skeptical at having the product work as it did at the demonstration. Install complete and just as the salesman said "You will feel the same blast of air through your home!" The salesman was not pushy, he was very informative and honest.

The installation team showed up on time, very friendly and explained the installation process. They were very tidy after themselves and demonstrated the operations and control of the product.

I had some additional questions regarding other services and needs. The installer was very knowledgeable about the products they install and gave me a suggestion and to whom I could speak with at the company to get the products and services.

Can’t say enough great things about Jared and his team. During the wonderful heat wave at the start of summer our AC pooped out on us. Our home warranty company wasn’t able to come out for 2 weeks so we called J Martin since they were local. Since we have 2 young kids it was necessary we got someone out to us quickly. Jared came out to our house 3 hours later to see what the issue was. He was able to fix the broken part on our AC and have it up and running the next morning. Jared and his technician were both friendly and very professional. We really appreciate the customer service and quality of service. I would definitely recommended this company.

I had my AC go out and got bids for replacing it with a new system from 5 hvac companies. 4/5 of the companies I interacted with were great but I ended up choosing JMartin. Jesus came out to discuss the project and provide pricing. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly (unlike the aggressive Nexgen salesperson). The installation team of Kevin and Irvin were great. These guys show up with a smile and are very thorough and clean with their work. If you're reading this I'm sorry you're having hvac issues as this can be very stressful especially in the summer or if you have kids/pets. I'd recommend checking out Jmartin for your hvac needs and avoiding nexgen.

My AC went out during a So Cal heatwave and J Martin was able to come out pretty quickly to provide a quote. I checked with some other installers who I thought would be cheaper but J Martin's price was competitive and provided the best warranty.

I can't say enough good things about this company... I bought a quiet cool whole house fan From the owner (Rex) at the OC Fair. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and he gave us a great demonstration of the products. The next day it was installed by Jerry and Antonio who were extremely professional. It was a very hot Yorba Linda day in August and I was the last call of the day. They were very polite and did an immaculate installation. Even though I know they were tired... They gave me a great demonstration and made sure that I didn't have any questions or concerns. Scheduling with the office staff was easy and very flexible. This company is now going to handle all of my air conditioning needs...

Had a new whole house fan installed. They were very knowledgeable about the benefits and downsides of this type of fan, and were able to guide me through choosing the right one. I was quoted a price, and that never changed throughout the process. I appreciate knowing exactly what I'm paying ahead of time. The installers (Gerry and Luis, I think - I'm writing this review a little late) spent a lot of time in the attic finding as many choices as they could on location for the fan which I appreciated. Once I gave the go-ahead, they were able to install and clean up within 2.5 hours, which is must faster than I expected. Very professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They gave me suggestions on how to use the fan; which windows to try opening, how/when to turn it on, etc.. Will definitely use J Martin for future HVAC needs!

It's not good news to be told you need an entirely new heating and AC system, but the guys at J Martin made a difficult situation as painless as possible. Caleb was super helpful walking us through the entire process, and we were thankful to take advantage of the no-interest financing the company offers. When it came time for installation, Santiago and Carlos had to be the two nicest, most conscientious people we've ever had do something for us. They took a lot of care and effort to make sure everything was done properly, making a lot of improvements on our previously installed system. Everything looks great and works well! My AC went out Sunday night. First thing today I called them and they got back to me right away and worked with my schedule, I was lucky enough to get a open spot. Caleb Dragosavac came checked EVERYTHING out and broke everything down to me in cost, what's the correct steps to ensure my AC will be good in the long run. He took pictures of before and after work and thoroughly explained everything. Highly recommend!

J Martin was referred to me by three separate neighbors who raved about their whole house fans. And everyone I've since mentioned this too have all said pretty much the same thing - it's a no brainer.

We're only less than a week in, but man, are these fans amazing - as I write this at 10 pm at night it's sucking in the cool air from the outside and making a huge difference in the level of comfort in our house!

I love that we get to have cooler air at night without running the AC and paying through the nose for that electricity, while my wife enjoys not having such harsh and dry air coming from that AC unit. And what's more, it feels good knowing we're recycling the air inside the house (something we can do also in the winter) and bringing some relief to items in the attic.

Elaine, our sales rep, along with Jerry and Tony, were all very helpful. And perhaps the best review I could leave was simply my wife who thought the installation of the vents in the ceiling was really well done. Specifically she said "it's like you can't even tell anyone just did this project." That's how cleanly it was installed.

J Martin has been working with my schools for over a year, and I cannot say better things! They are always quick to respond to a situation, find cost-effective solutions, and always are honest! They take the time to explain the issue to us in a way that makes sense! If you need any repairs to your AC/heater they are the company to call!

Called them at 7am after my AC failed overnight. I real human being answered from the actual company, not a call center.

Scheduled appointment window from 12 noon to 2pm, called me at 11:40 to tell me they were in the neighborhood and could they come early. Most of the time technicians show up a couple of hours after the window.

The fan blades on my blower motor had failed ( I had known that prior to arrival due to my experience). L

Caleb located replacement part in Irvine and picked it up and replaced the fan blade assembly.

Caleb also performed a full system maintenance including vacuuming interior blower assembly and coils. Did a full maintenance on Condenser including voltage and amperage checks. Pressure checks and did a complete cleaning of the condenser unit.

Overall I am very happy. I am very mechanical and technically capable with performing my own repairs. While I could have ordered the part myself and saved money it was time to have maintenance done on my system.

Wanted to update on the fantastic service! We had an issue with the whole house fan blowing the insulation to one side of the house and causing the house to not stay cool even with the ac on. We notified the Rep Jesus, he came out to check on things. About a week later he sent out his technicians Joseph, Moises and Mario. They fixed the problem and gave us great advice on how to maximize our cooling.
We are so impressed that there are still companies that actually care and provide excellent service! We will be back for all our cooling and heating needs!

Heard about Quiet Cool whole house fans from my brother-in law who referred me to J Martin indoor Air Quality. When I called to schedule a consultation, I was very pleased to hear that they were able to get a technician to review my house the next day. I would have thought during the summer they would be super busy or fully booked. Jesus came out to give a great quote and he also inspected our AC unit as a courtesy. He was very responsive and professional. He was also able to squeeze installation on the only weekday I have off!!! Rather than wait till the end of summer. Installation was super quick and the technician was very informative in showing me how the system works. I recently purchased a condo. When I thought about getting a Whole House Fan, I turned to J Martin Indoor Air Quality. They put one in my previous residence and I was so happy with the service pricing, I didn't have to think about who to call for my new place.
Chris, Moises, and Johnathan showed up on time with smiles and ready for work. I have to make a point of the service that was received because in times like today, this is a rarity. Service, Kindness, and a friendly person to provide their service is almost a lost idea today. JMartin provides this in spades and I appreciate them and their crews. (A side note - their product is Top Notch!).

So this is my first ever review post. I will keep it short and to the point. I will never use another A/C company only J. Martin. I have never been more impressed by any service company. I have already recommended them to my friends and family. Super professional but also goes above and beyond what is expected. After he fixed what I thought was unfixable this young man took soap and water and cleaned my A/C unit. This unit is 20 years old and now looks new. They worked diligently for 2 days in the attic where the Forced Air Unit
had been placed by previous owner incorrectly . They removed old
insulation, old ducts and replaced them and remodeled the attic to
accommodate the Forced Air Unit safely and efficiently. They left
the place clean also. We have clean cool air now and a safe attic.

So thankful we found J Martin to install our whole house fan. We spoke with the owner and he was able to give us a quote over the phone, unlike other companies that had to come out to even give us a ballpark quote. They came out the next week to install it. The process was so easy and they installed it within a couple hours. The guys that came out were friendly and really worked with us to chose the best location for the vent. We will definitely be calling them again for any AC work in the future!

Several of our friends have installed Whole House Fans in their homes, so we decided to get on the band wagon. We went to the OC Fair, and after talking to several vendors settled on J. Martin.
When Chris and Johnathan arrived, they did a survey to be sure that the unit would fit, and that there was enough attic ventilation to allow the system to function properly. Then they explained what they needed to do to complete the installation.
Both Chris and Johnathan did a great job, under extremely difficult circumstances. It was 97 degrees outside, and they were working in the attic of our house.
At the completion they explained everything, tested to make sure everything functioned as required, and did a nice job cleaning up.
I am very impressed with both Chris and Johnathan. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were extremely pleasant and polite.

After extensively searching on Yelp to find an A/C repair company I decided upon J Martin Indoor Air Quality and I'm very happy that I did. I trusted other reviewers and can confidently say the reviews are real! I sent a request for service on Yelp on a Wednesday around 2pm and was on the schedule for the next day (Thursday) between 4-6pm. I was given a call around 5:30pm Thursday by Alex stating he was on his way. Once he arrived he noticed his ladder was a bit short for being able to reach my roof however he tried several other options before giving up and requiring me to schedule another appointment (which I greatly appreciated as I would not have been able to do so until next Wednesday). After Alex got on the roof he was able to notice two different issues causing my problem and had the tools and parts on his truck to repair both. This I also really liked as he didn't need to leave or schedule additional dates to repair. When he left before 8:00pm everything was working properly and I'm very happy! I even signed up for the yearly maintenance program they have as I was so happy with the service. Would definitely recommend. Timely, affordable, and professional.

My ac kept pushing out hot air and my house could not cool off. I looked on yelp and found this company. I read the reviews and Paul messaged me back quickly and let me know he could send over a technician today. I was thrilled, it's been a miserable couple days with no ac! Alex came to fix my ac unit, which is located on the roof. He was very professional and had shoe coverings upon entering my home. This company is reliable and efficient. I am so thankful that Alex was able to fix my ac. I will call this company again when my unit needs maintenance.

My AC was not cooling and it was 95° outside...Needless to say I needed service asap! I reached out to J Martin and within 20min I had a technician (Caleb) at my door!! Caleb was super thorough and even hosed down my unit and removed old filters. All of this was after 5pm! What an awesome experience.

I was looking for some quick maintenance work on an air conditioning unit that was relatively newer. I'd received some noise complaints and was able to get the unit checked in less than 24 hours in the summer!

The technician I worked with was very helpful and explained every step of the process they were taking to work on the unit. He ran some checks using a decibel meter to confirm if the noise was louder than it should be and found no issues with the unit. For good measure, he put padding underneath the unit and secured it with braces to minimize any potential vibration.

Pricing is incredibly fair, technicians and staff are a delight to speak with, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

My husband and I recently purchased a whole house fan from J Martin on the recommendation of a friend. My husband called and asked a lot of questions and they were very professional, pleasant, and helpful. After making our decision, we were able to schedule an appointment for inspection and installation for that same week. The two man team that did the installation were prompt, super polite and professional. They protected my hard wood floors, left no mess at all, and were done in less time than anticipated. They were also excellent at explaining the system and the controls to me. The system itself is easy to use and works really well. Hopefully we will see a difference on our electric bill now that we are using the whole house fan at night instead of air conditioning.

We had a great experience here. I called on a Thursday and spoke with Rex who said he could probably get someone out pretty quickly - in the middle of summer. Paul called me back a little later and said they'd be out first thing Friday morning.

Caleb showed up on time, had a pretty good idea of what the problem was and was able to fix it quickly. He was very professional and we spoke about some longer term solutions to make sure we didn't run into the same problem again because the system failure was a result of how it was originally set up - by a different company.

Just had the full HVAC replaced today. They replaced the ducts in the attic as well. Our sales rep (Alex) was very friendly and easy to work with. We received multiple quotes for central air and the pricing from J Martin was the most competitive overall. The install crew were great. Got to our house on time and knocked it out very quickly. Temps are going up (its 96 today) and they only had us down (no AC) for a really brief period. J Martin installed our whole house fan back in 2019 and I had the same positive experience. Very happy overall with customer service. I definitely would work with them again.

I honestly don't know where to begin on how amazing J Martin is. They installed our complete ductless system last year for an incredible price. During the whole process they were transparent and reliable. The whole transaction (install, set up, etc) was a breeze.

Recently , a power surge blew out the motherboard on the unit (thank you Edison) and I called them to assess the unit and fix the issue. I contacted them the night of the surge and by the next day the tech was at our house and able to get the new board (which is crazy backordered) ordered for install the following week. We are truly grateful for the expertise and customer care they provided through what was a stressful situation. A special shout-out goes to our tech, Alex, who was just plain wonderful.

I called today because the AC was just not cooling the house down. I was expecting a technician to come maybe next week since it is a Friday but they sent someone today! AND!!! They fixed my AC!!!
